Practicing Nature Connection under the attentive guidance of Alex was, and still is a journey inward that literally changed my whole way of being in the world. What started as an outer Nature exploration turned out to be an inner exploration. My initial aim was to learn from Nature how to become more sensitive and perceptive about the things around me, I was looking to enhance my sensing skills, but what happened on the way was far more revealing.
My whole approach to life shifted from a separate individual to acting and behaving as part of a bigger web in a natural way, in harmony and accordance with everything. Working with Alex is engaging, playful, profound and educational. I am grateful beyond words for this incredible journey that really taught me how to connect and build a deep relationship with the whole existence.
Nature Connection taught me a multitude of deep and powerful lessons, Alex reminded me of my deep connection to the Earth, how to move gently in the world, follow my heart, fiercely protect my fire and cherish the beauty of nature. There is a generosity and playfulness to these teachings that is touching, moving and enlightening.
I love how Alex connects us to our tribal roots of the Earth. His calm, confident and peaceful presence says 'I am here for you and I am giving you my full attention". When Alex speaks the rooms seemingly goes silent, and all hearts open ready to receive his wisdom. As a mentor Alex never tells you what you 'should do' or 'need to do', he asks questions for you to reach within, ponder, and allows you the space to feel your way through. For me this is empowering because I am guided inside myself where I can listen to my own heart, and my own soul, and it is in this place that true healing occurs. I am filled with gratitude to have connected with Alex and all that he brings to the world, with his wisdom and training that he brings, he will lift you up and hold you as
you do your inner work. I am ever so grateful to have worked with him.
